To get music on Windows Phone OS, you have two ways: special apps or music syncronization with PC via Zune. Here we’ll tell you about the second way which seems to be more secure. Just follow the guide below.
Step 1. Download free music to your PC

Step 2. Connect Windows Phone to PC
As soon as your music collection is ready to be transferred to your Windows Phone, connect it to PC via USB cable that came with your phone.
Step 3. Sync music with Windows Phone.
To sync music files between your phone and PC, you need to install a free program called Zune software on your computer. In the Zune software, click Collection, then Music.
Browse to find the music you want to sync with your phone. Use the search bar if necessary. Drag the music files to the phone icon in the bottom-left corner of the Zune software.
